Ever feel like your to-do list is so long that even one more step feels impossible? You’re not alone. In this small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, we’ll talk about how overwhelm can make it harder to start new routines, even ones that could help. We’ll explore why it’s so common to feel stuck before you even start, and talk about ways to lower the pressure. Come share your ideas, and discuss simple steps that feel doable, no pressure, just support.

About The Facilitator

Mark Tovar, LPC (he/him)

Facilitator
Mark Tovar, LPC coaches employees, executives, and leaders to cultivate Emotional Intelligence. He helps build their leadership style by focusing on relationships, cohesion, and trust in the workspace. He specializes in working with high-stress professionals likely to experience burnout in individual or team settings.

Daniel Domaguin LCSW (he/him)

Facilitator
Daniel Domaguin, LCSW is a second-generation Ilokano immigrant, born and raised in Tiipai/southern Kumeyaay territory (south San Diego, CA). He approaches therapy as a collaboration, and views mental health treatment with a therapist as similar to going to a doctor or a dentist: sometimes, we need a specially trained person’s assistance to either help us feel better or check-up on us to ensure continued wellness. Daniel incorporates transformative justice, embodied social justice and the healing power of humor into his practice as a trainer, supervisor, and clinician. Outside of work, he enjoys Mother Nature, composting, crafting, martial arts, improvisational comedy and discussing random trivia.
"Love the assessment and getting matched with a professional who specializes in what you're looking for. I also love the Care Navigators who really make the process seamless.”
