Frequently Asked Questions
WellSprings FAQs
WellSprings are interactive group conversations centered around a single topic. Each Wellsprings session is hosted by a mental health provider with expertise in that subject. A specially-trained WellSprings team member will also be there to facilitate operations and answer questions related to your Spring Health membership.
The WellSprings format is as follows: First, your clinical guide will introduce themselves and share some background information on the topic. Then they’ll provide prompts and key questions to facilitate open discussion among the group. To close the session, the provider will summarize key takeaways. They’ll also provide resources for additional support.
Currently, WellSprings sessions are only available to our US members.
At this time, WellSprings are only available virtually.
WellSprings sessions were designed to allow for strong conversation yet remain accessible and accommodating to everyone’s schedule.
WellSprings sessions are capped at 20 participants to facilitate more meaningful conversation.
All WellSprings sessions are hosted through Zoom.
In the interest of privacy, sessions will not be recorded. Personal information will not be shared with your employer or health plan and will remain anonymous outside of the session. We’ll provide reference materials for most sessions, including a recap of key takeaways from the session.
Each session is facilitated by a Spring Health Provider and a WellSprings team member. The group participating might include any Spring Health members who are interested in Wellsprings.

While WellSprings are NOT therapy, the nature of conversation can be therapeutic and highly sensitive. At Spring Health we take our responsibility for supporting your mental health very seriously. If your WellSprings facilitator feels you may be at risk for harming yourself, harming someone else, or otherwise significantly struggling, they will reach out to you via email immediately following the session to check-in on your needs and offer you to connect with a Spring Health Care Navigator for support.
