Join us for a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, focused on breaking the stigma and elevating the conversation around mental health. We will discuss experiences about moving from stigma to strategy and creating space for care that is inclusive, personal, and powerful. We’ll reflect on what it means to feel seen, valued, and supported, and how small, intentional steps can make your mental health journey more meaningful.

About The Facilitator

Daniel Domaguin, LCSW (he/him)

Facilitator
Daniel Domaguin, LCSW is a second-generation Ilokano immigrant, born and raised in Tiipai/southern Kumeyaay territory (south San Diego, CA). He approaches therapy as a collaboration, and views mental health treatment with a therapist as similar to going to a doctor or a dentist: sometimes, we need a specially trained person’s assistance to either help us feel better or check-up on us to ensure continued wellness. Daniel incorporates transformative justice, embodied social justice and the healing power of humor into his practice as a trainer, supervisor, and clinician. Outside of work, he enjoys Mother Nature, composting, crafting, martial arts, improvisational comedy and discussing random trivia.

Lucía Etchegaray (she/her)

Facilitator
Lucía Etchegaray is a clinical therapist focused on the LGBTIQ+ community and anxiety disorders. She is a University Professor with degrees in Psychology and Psychopedagogy from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Lucía is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
"Love the assessment and getting matched with a professional who specializes in what you're looking for. I also love the Care Navigators who really make the process seamless.”
