In this small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, we’ll explore how tuning into your senses can reduce stress, support emotional balance, and bring you back to the present moment. We’ll share and explore simple, everyday practices together, ideas you can try out when you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just looking for a moment of calm.
