How does technology shape your child’s stress—does it help them relax or sometimes add to their worries? Join our small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health clinician, to explore how technology influences children’s emotional well-being. Together, we’ll discuss ways to set healthy boundaries, model balanced tech habits, and foster open conversations about technology use. Bring your experiences and questions, and discover practical strategies to support your child in finding balance and thriving.
