Stress comes and goes, and sometimes our capacity for dealing with it is lower than we’d like. Join our small group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, to talk about different ways we try to manage stress, relax, and reset.

Jamie Schlichenmayer, MS LPC

Jamie Schlichenmayer, MS LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant. Her clinical experience is working in community mental health, criminal justice and hospital level settings. Jamie is currently a trauma specialist in private practice. She specializes in trauma and EMDR and is also trained and experienced in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family System, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Her approach is individualized and collaborative to each person’s experience and needs. Jamie offers a non-judgmental, safe environment to explore these experiences and work towards growth and healing. She works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and has provided trainings to the community and community agencies including law enforcement, medical facilities and educational institutions on the topics of trauma, parenting, and crisis intervention.
