Stress comes and goes, and sometimes our capacity for dealing with it is lower than we’d like. Join our small group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, to talk about different ways we try to manage stress, relax, and reset.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.

Note: WellSprings sessions do not apply towards the usage of your covered therapy/medication management sessions, where applicable.

Courtney Taylor, LCSW (they/them)

Courtney Taylor, LCSW has been a mental health provider for 19 years working with communities affected by marginalization. It is a passion of theirs to provide and advocate for equity for the QTBIPOC, LGBTQIA2+ community and beyond. Courtney's motto is “live loud and to live proud!“ They are currently due to receive a doctorate of social work in August 2023 and take pride as being an educator and presenter for justice and equity of mental health care for all.
