About The Facilitator

BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC (he/him)

Facilitator
BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health Counseling), and Spring Health Clinician. He has extensive experience providing clinical therapeutic services to military personnel and veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. BJ is a retired US Army officer with nearly 40 years experience leading, training, counseling and mentoring soldiers, civilians, and family members. Using a person-centered approach to psychotherapy, BJ strives to assist others to improve their mental health through empathy, trust, compassion, cultural sensitivity and understanding. He believes hope, optimism and mindfulness are key to developing or enhancing personal strengths and finding solutions to life’s challenges.

Dr. Sita Nadathur, PsyD (she/her)

Facilitator
Dr. Sita Nadathur, PsyD believes everyone has the internal resources to heal and grow. Her approach to therapy is strength-based and collaborative with a goal to provide guidance and support during difficult times. Dr. Sita obtained her doctorate from the University of Hartford where she was trained in a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma focused therapy. Her areas of clinical interest include culturally and linguistically competent care, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a bilingual psychologist (English/Spanish), Dr. Sita uses cultural and social justice perspectives to understand each person’s life context and tailor each treatment uniquely to individual needs.
