Your mental health care is a part of everyday well-being, and caring for it doesn’t require a specific reason or a moment of crisis. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we explore how prioritizing your mental health can be an act of self-care, not a sign that something is wrong. Together, we’ll talk about reducing stigma, noticing when extra support could be helpful, and building permission to check in with yourself along the way. This session offers space to reflect, learn, and remember that mental health care is for everyone.
