Whether you’re thinking about opening up about your own struggles or trying to support a colleague, talking about mental health at work can be intimidating. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we share our personal experiences with participating in these vulnerable conversations with care and compassion.

Mark Tovar, LPC (he/him)

Mark Tovar, LPC coaches employees, executives, and leaders to cultivate Emotional Intelligence. He helps build their leadership style by focusing on relationships, cohesion, and trust in the workspace. He specializes in working with high-stress professionals likely to experience burnout in individual or team settings.

Tia Brisco, MS, LMFT (she/her)

Tia Brisco, MS, LMFT has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. She is currently obtaining a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from California Southern University. Tia is currently licensed in California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Utah and is a Certified Substance Abuse Professional Evaluator for several organizations. She specializes in organizational mental health, organizational crisis management, diversity, grief & loss, and first responders. Tia has trained over 500 organizations on various mental health topics and was recently featured as one of Voyage Magazine LA’s “Most Inspirational Therapists”.
