Our earliest money habits are often shaped long before we realize it, formed by what we saw, heard, and felt growing up. In this small-group session led by a Spring Health provider, we’ll explore the powerful (and often hidden) ways family influences our financial beliefs. We’ll talk about our own money mindset, reflect on what you’ve inherited, and consider what you want to pass on to the next generation. Whether you're a parent, caregiver, or simply curious about your financial behaviors, this is a chance to build self-awareness, challenge old narratives, and create healthier habits for the future.
