The holidays can bring magic and also a whirlwind of disrupted routines, late bedtimes, large gatherings, and overwhelm. In this small-group conversation led by a Spring Health provider, we’ll talk about how to support our kids through the unpredictability of the season without losing sight of joy. We’ll discuss practical strategies for setting flexible boundaries, managing meltdowns with compassion, and making space for rest and connection. Because when kids feel secure, the whole family can find more ease, balance, and joy together.
