Children and teens benefit when mental health is treated as a normal part of growing up and self-care. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we explore how to support kids’ and teens’ emotional well-being in everyday moments. We’ll discuss reducing stigma, responding to big feelings with curiosity, and creating open, supportive conversations that don’t center on fixing or labeling. This session is designed to help caregivers feel more confident prioritizing mental health early and making support feel accessible, normal, and safe.
