Forgiveness is important in every family, but it can be a complicated concept to teach. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we share what forgiveness looks like in our families and explore ways to help children and teens let go of hurt feelings and build stronger relationships.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.

Note: WellSprings sessions do not apply towards the usage of your covered therapy/medication management sessions, where applicable.

About The Facilitator

Christine Lopez, LCSW (she/her)

Facilitator
Christine Lopez, LCSW graduated with her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2007 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has experience working in various areas of the field as a psychiatric social worker, a medical social worker and most recently as a health educator. Christine also provides individual therapy assisting individuals coping with life adjustments, depression, anxiety, and communication. She strives to encourage others to engage in personal growth and resilience.
