Mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum, it lives in families, across generations. In this small-group conversation led by a Spring Health provider, we’ll discuss how mental health patterns, challenges, and strengths move through families, and how we can support one another at every age and stage. From caring for aging parents to nurturing the next generation, we’ll talk about breaking cycles, starting new conversations, and building emotionally healthier homes together.
