Together, we’ll discuss how these ideas shape our relationships and how positive self-talk can shift our mindset. Bring your thoughts, ask questions, and connect with others as we discover what self-love looks like for each of us.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.
