Helping children and teens create healthy routines isn’t always easy, especially when life already feels full. But simple, consistent habits can be one of the best ways to support their mental wellness. In this small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, caregivers will share age-appropriate ways to build routines that support emotional regulation, focus, sleep, and self-care. We’ll also talk about how to introduce changes without adding more stress. Whether your child is in elementary school or college, you’ll leave with ideas that feel doable and fit your family’s real life.
