Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we explore how to build supportive habits rooted in self-compassion, consistency, and balance. Together, we’ll discuss letting go of perfectionism, finding your rhythm, and creating routines that help you feel more grounded and energized day to day. This is a space for reflection, connection, and gentle motivation to start (or restart) with intention.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.
Note: WellSprings sessions do not apply towards the usage of your covered therapy/medication management sessions, where applicable.
