Description: Healthy routines don’t have to be complicated or time-consuming. In fact, the smallest habits can make the biggest difference. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we explore how to build supportive habits rooted in self-compassion, consistency, and balance. Together, we’ll discuss letting go of perfectionism, finding your rhythm, and creating routines that help you feel more grounded and energized day to day. This is a space for reflection, connection, and gentle motivation to start (or restart) with intention.
