About The Facilitator

Dr. Tia Brisco, MS, LMFT, PsyD (she/her)

Facilitator
Dr. Tia Brisco, MS, LMFT, PsyD has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Development and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge. She obtained a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from California Southern University. Tia is currently licensed in California, Nevada, Texas, Arizona, Florida, and Utah and is a Certified Substance Abuse Professional Evaluator for several organizations. She specializes in organizational mental health, organizational crisis management, diversity, grief & loss, and first responders. Tia has trained over 500 organizations on various mental health topics and was recently featured as one of Voyage Magazine LA’s “Most Inspirational Therapists”.

Dr. Sita Nadathur, PsyD (she/her)

Facilitator
Dr. Sita Nadathur, PsyD believes everyone has the internal resources to heal and grow. Her approach to therapy is strength-based and collaborative with a goal to provide guidance and support during difficult times. Dr. Sita obtained her doctorate from the University of Hartford where she was trained in a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and trauma focused therapy. Her areas of clinical interest include culturally and linguistically competent care, depression, anxiety, and trauma. As a bilingual psychologist (English/Spanish), Dr. Sita uses cultural and social justice perspectives to understand each person’s life context and tailor each treatment uniquely to individual needs.
