National and world events can impact our personal lives and overall well-being, especially as traumatic incidents continue to occur. Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring Health provider, as we share our personal experiences with current events anxiety and coping with our feelings in the face of uncertainty.

WellSprings are limited to 20 attendees. If a session fills to capacity, new time slots may be added. Spring Health may cancel a session if there are less than 4 attendees present within the first 5 minutes of the session in order to preserve the intent of group conversation.

Mark Tovar, LPC (he/him)

Facilitator
Mark Tovar, LPC coaches employees, executives, and leaders to cultivate Emotional Intelligence. He helps build their leadership style by focusing on relationships, cohesion, and trust in the workspace. He specializes in working with high-stress professionals likely to experience burnout in individual or team settings.

BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC (he/him)

Facilitator
BJ Constantine, LMHC, LPC, NCC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, Master of Science in Counseling Psychology (Mental Health Counseling), and Spring Health Clinician. He has extensive experience providing clinical therapeutic services to military personnel and veterans struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression and personality disorders. BJ is a retired US Army officer with nearly 40 years experience leading, training, counseling and mentoring soldiers, civilians, and family members. Using a person-centered approach to psychotherapy, BJ strives to assist others to improve their mental health through empathy, trust, compassion, cultural sensitivity and understanding. He believes hope, optimism and mindfulness are key to developing or enhancing personal strengths and finding solutions to life’s challenges.
