Calling all sleepless parents, guardians, and caregivers! Does your child struggle with falling asleep, bedtime resistance, nighttime fears, or anxious thoughts before bed? Join a small-group conversation, led by a Spring health provider, as we share our families’ experiences with navigating these challenges and find comfort in knowing we’re not alone.

About The Facilitator

Christine Lopez, LCSW (she/her)

Facilitator
Christine Lopez, LCSW graduated with her Master’s degree in Social Work in 2007 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She has experience working in various areas of the field as a psychiatric social worker, a medical social worker and most recently as a health educator. Christine also provides individual therapy assisting individuals coping with life adjustments, depression, anxiety, and communication. She strives to encourage others to engage in personal growth and resilience.

Dr. Kyle Bishop, EdD, MBA, LCPC (she/her)

Facilitator
Kyle Bishop, EdD, MBA, LCPC is a Spring Health Provider and Senior Vice President of Behavioral Health at the Children's Home Society of Florida. She has 15+ years of experience providing therapy services to a variety of client populations experiencing symptoms such as substance abuse, mood disorders, anxiety, and relationship concerns. She has a Doctorate in counseling psychology from Argosy University and Master’s of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus.
