As parents, we want to protect our children from pain. But it’s healthy for kids to experience periods of highs and lows, happiness and sadness. It can be hard to know what’s typical, what’s a cause for concern, and how to support them properly. Join our conversation, led by a Spring Health clinician, about supporting children who are feeling down.
